No End in Sight 08/04/07 (and The Simpsons movie)

This is a fantastic informative film about the quagmire that is the Iraq War. I especially like it because it was not partisan and not even anti-war. It makes the case the War in Iraq could have been successful if it hadn't been for the incompetence of the senior staff of the administration, who had almost no experience, whether it was military or reconstruction or middle eastern affairs, but were in charge of the entire operation. It tells how they acted without the guidance or expertise of the military and civilian reconstruction experts on the ground, how they underfunded the reconstruction effort, and how they essentially ordered the military to do nothing as the situation in Iraq went from bad to worse.

This war could have been won. and Bush, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, and Bremer are to blame. Everyone who would like to appear informed about the war should see this film.
